Inside the Mill building, as part of the Activity Room, is a purpose built Traversing Wall, designed & built by our amazing volunteer team. This is available to all groups visiting Aldwark, another great activity to pass time in the evenings or when we are unable to provide water activities.
We’ve got ideas for great games to play whilst traversing such as: Floor is Lava & Animal Moves.
This is a self-led activity. A full risk assessment is provided. Please ensure that one of your Leadership team is designated activity lead and has read the risk assessment and is present for the duration of the session. Where participants are very young or may need extra help, to get the most out of the session, it is recommended that additional Leaders attend the session to assist.
